Wayne is a highly experienced Conservation Biologist and Ecologist with over 20 years of wildlife surveying and ecological consultancy experience. Before moving into ecology, he worked in the construction industry as a builder and ground worker, giving him a practical understanding of site work and project delivery.
This unique background allows Wayne to offer clear, pragmatic ecological advice that works on the ground. He has provided ECoW supervision and specialist surveys on major infrastructure and development projects across the UK.
